Feature
Two component nonwovens are functional nonwovens made of fiber webs formed by two kinds of raw fibers with different properties. Its production process is the same as that of Pudi's production line, except that each spinning system is equipped with two sets of raw material processing, conveying, metering, mixing devices, screw extruder, melt filter, melt pipe, spinning system and other equipment, and uses two-component spinning box and two-component spinneret components. The two-component technology can be used to produce melt blown nonwovens, spunbonded nonwovens and spunbonded / melt blown composite (SMS) nonwovens. The core technology of the two-component nonwovens production process lies in the spinning box and spinneret assembly.
